Today plays a Important role in one's future career plans, because it will
helps one to be succeed and earn trust of those with whom he/she will work in future career. I believe that there are five main good work ethics; character,
productivity, cooperation, reliability, and dedication. Those who possess a
strong character, most likely have a good work ethic. To have character not
only means about personnel character but it also means that they push
themselves to complete work also without any interference. They are also
trustworthy and very honest; these individuals reflect this behavior as they
can be beneficial as high-quality employees. To demonstrate their strong
character, these people represent these positive traits daily, to
distinguishing themselves from the rest.
Those with a good work ethic, work at a consistently fast pace, and are
often highly productive. They commonly get large sums of work finished faster
than others who lack their work ethic, as they don’t quit until they have
completed all presented tasks. This productivity, at such high level, is also
due to the fact that these individuals want to appear as stronger workers &
have thinking that, the more productive they are, the more beneficial to the
company they will be.
Cooperative work can be very beneficial in a business environment. Being
cooperative known as owning something better and people with a good work ethic
because they recognize the usefulness of cooperative practices, they usually
put an extra amount of effort into working well with others. These individuals
respect their bosses & colleagues enough to work with them, so make a
balance of work in a respectful and polite manner, no matter how much they do
not enjoy working with these individuals in organization. Achieving targets is
their first goal.
Reliability is a big part of having a good work ethic. When individuals
with a good work ethic say they are going to do something, they do it. Whether
it is attending a certain work function, or saying they will arrive at a
certain time, they will go out of their way to do so, as they value
punctuality. Often appearing dependable, those with a strong work ethic show
their employers that they are workers to whom they can rely on. As a result of
this, they put large efforts into proving this dependability by performing
consistently and being reliable.
Dedication to their jobs and doing anything that they can
to ensure, that they will perform well are also characteristics of a wonderful
work ethic. This dedication often leads those individuals to change jobs not as
frequently, as they become more committed to their positions in which they
work. They seem not to be excited to abandon their posts. They also put in
extra hours beyond what is expected, making it easy for their employers to see
that they are truly dedicated to their positions.
These are all good work ethics & one should practice them from now. These work ethics will definitely
play a large role in their future career as being a guide.
Personally I want to be a
marketing manager at this time. To have a character as a marketing manager is a
great part of having a good work ethic because I want to be able to complete my
target whether I am stressed or not happy. This is an independent, yet, dependent job. I am able to do this job myself, but if I need extra advice to help that is available with my faculty & I am willing to ask for it, without feeling shameful on what has
been done, because i know I am a student and if I commit mistake they are there
to guide me. I will show these working skills consistently, at a fast pace,
which will make sure that I am productive and best among all batch. I will be
able to get a job finished as fast as possible, still concise, without lacking
or becoming distracted. Being cooperative is also a large portion of being a manager.
I will work well with others in a polite manner even if I do not enjoy that
individual’s company, if my boss told me to do so. My boss and employers will
be able to rely on me because I am and will be dedicated to my positions, to go
out of my way to do whatever I say I will do, whenever I say I will do it, and
also when I am told.
So basically one can not make change in him/herself over a night it need regular practice & dedication and being regular is also a good work ethic.
